To hear the confidence in his voice when talking about the applicants he’s screening, the steps to his hiring process, the fact that he now knows what to look for in good applicants and can identify what a great candidate looks like is so rewarding.
His hiring skills have progressed to the point where he’s future thinking about the candidates he likes, but who might not have the skills to fit into his present positional needs. He’s able to explore “What’s the best future position fit that would allow this person to perform to their fullest potential?”
In other words – Pro-Active Hiring – I love what I do!
