When creating interviews, using skill and behavioral assessment feedback provides a behind the scenes peek into how well the candidate will perform six - ten - twelve months into the future.
Once taken the Winslow Behavioral Assessment (or any quality hiring instrument) will provide feedback on the candidate's competencies/behaviors - strengths and/or areas of concern. Then you as the recruiter or hiring manager can create in depth interviews based on what the candidate has already told you about him or herself ... you will know what areas you want to dig deeper into to identify the best fit candidate.
